The Challenge

EA Carts was operating in a fragmented market of golf cart resellers. They had a superior product—street-legal electric vehicles—but their brand looked like a local dealership. To compete with established automotive players and enter mass retail channels like Sam's Club, they needed to shed the "golf cart" stigma and embrace a "micro-mobility" identity. The goal was to build a brand that felt as premium as a Tesla but as accessible as a household appliance.

The Growth Ecosystem

Disrupting the Industry: We architected a first-of-its-kind Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) model that shattered the traditional dealer-reliant norms of the industry. This revolutionary pivot was enabled entirely by our high-precision ad acquisition strategy, allowing us to bypass intermediaries and own the customer relationship directly.

To support this model, I took full ownership of the entire marketing stack, designing a high-conversion website and managing all Meta and Google Ads campaigns.

To streamline operations and sales, I built out a custom CRM integrated with an AI sales agent. This system handles lead qualification and inquiries 24/7, ensuring no opportunity is lost.

We also implemented comprehensive Email and SMS nurture automations to guide prospects through the purchase journey, alongside a robust affiliate program that leverages influencers to drive organic growth.

Strategic Partnerships

The rebrand wasn't just aesthetic; it was a business tool. **LIV Golf & NFL:** We created bespoke pitch decks and visualization assets that helped secure fleet deals with LIV Golf and NFL teams. The brand's new professional look gave decision-makers the confidence that EA Carts could handle enterprise-level contracts. **Investor Relations:** I worked closely with the founders to craft the investor narrative, designing the Series A deck that successfully communicated the vision of "The Future of Short-Range Transportation."
